Use of essential oil of peppermint
Orally
For fresh breath, suck on half a lump of sugar soaked in a drop of peppermint essential oil.
In massage
To relieve headaches, apply a drop of peppermint oil to the back of your neck, forehead and temples, then massage. Avoid contact with eyes.
By olfaction
Breathe in the Peppermint Oil, leaving a light trace under the nostrils.
By inhalation
In case of headache, or breathing difficulties, prepare an inhalation with 2 drops of essential oil of peppermint diluted in half a liter of hot water.
Precautions and contraindications
Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Nor in young children under 6 years old. Do not apply to the eyes and mucous membranes at the risk of irritation.
Store away from heat and humidity.
