The benefits of tea tree essential oil

Use of tea tree essential oil

Orally

In mouthwash: In a glass of water, add 5 drops of tea tree essential oil (do not swallow)

In massage

For skin problems: Dilute at 10% in an oil (preferably Jojoba oil) - Apply morning and evening.

Another method dilute the essential oil of tea tree at 1% in water (one drop of oil + 99 drops of water) Then soak a tampon in this solution and keep it for 12 hours.

Precautions and contraindications

Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Nor in young children under 6 years old. Do not apply to the eyes and mucous membranes at the risk of irritation.
